Peter knew the past market exactly and was always able to explain what was happening with honesty and insight. He is a great and easy communicator and extremely easy to discuss things with.

The apartment had a bad vibe, as the décor really wasn't my style, and the kitchen, despite expensive appliances, was otherwise cheap and nasty. The dark marble slab separating the kitchen and living areas was hideous and intrusive. He caught me as I was about to walk out after my first inspection, and started chatting with me. When he heard my concerns, he pointed out possibilities for change and encouraged me to see the strengths of the apartment. He wouldn't even take my first offer to the sellers, and didn't suggest a more appropriate amount. When I came back with a higher offer, he took it to the sellers, who accepted it prior to auction. I am grateful to him, because after some renovations I live very happily in a truly beautiful apartment.
