“Peter was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond, stepping me and my wife through our home buying journey. We would have been lost without him. He will forever be the person I recommend for anyone looking to buy or sell their home, we were blown away by the personal service. Again Peter just went above and beyond and we couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you!”

Peter recently made the experience of buying our first home an easy one. He was so helpful, answering all our questions in a timely manner and providing us with any information we needed to get everything done. He was a pleasure to work with.

Peter gathered the required information, assisted in pricing details and then set the path to getting our home on the market. The overall process went well with no complications.

Peter was excellent. In depth knowledge of the market and setting of price. Regular updates and screened out unacceptable price offers. Excellent negotiator and got the price I wanted. A very competent, highest of standards, operator. His Real Estate agency have managed my property for many years and are excellent at management. Thank you very much.

Very professional and proactive. Great communication and delivered desired outcome. Very happy with Peter’s work. This the second time we have worked with him and we are very pleased with his work.

Peter gave me a thorough review of the property market and helped me with the legal side of the transaction.

I have known the team at PRD Nundah for many years, around 15 ti be exact. I have known them ever since I purchased the property, they have been my property managers since purchasing the property and have found them to be of a high standard with management and now with the fast and efficient sale when I decided to make the move to move on. Peter Tornabene has always been there for me to turn to for advice on management issues and now has handled the sale of the property very professionally from the start to the settlement date.

Peter was so helpful every step of the way. He maintained excellent communication throughout, keeping me up to date. Thankyou for being part of making this a great experience.

From a buyers perspective, Peter was prompt, friendly and easy to work with. The sale went through without and hitch and the agency is providing me with ongoing assistance while the tenancy runs its course. I am a direct and to the point person, and Peter was able to meet me on the same level without the smoke and mirrors I have experienced in previous real estate transactions.

We have utilised Peter for over 10 years with buying, selling and renting out property. He is always a pleasure to deal with as he has excellent personal and communication skills. He was always there when we required help and to resolves issues and provided us with the best outcomes. We can not recommend Peter highly enough for any realestate needs.

Peter was very knowledgeable and quick off the mark to arrange viewings for potential buyers. The sales process went smoothly. Very happy with Peter and the teams services.
