Peter T. was friendly and efficient throughout our selling process. He used superior negotiating skills to obtain higher sale price than expected, and assisted with each stage in the sale, with efficiency and professionalism. It was a pleasure to work with Peter, and we would recommend him to anyone seeking the service. Thank you for the opportunity to comment.

Peter was very professional but very friendly in his communications with me during the purchase of my property. Deb

Peter was very professional in all his dealings. He sold the apartment for us in just a few weeks and we have just settled. It was not a straight forward settlement but Peter was diligent in following up with all parties involved right up to the end. I would most certainly recommend PRD and Peter to anyone looking to sell in Nundah and surrounding suburbs.

Peter made the purchase of my first property a breeze. There was nothing to small to ask of him, and every detail was covered in an incredibly timely manner. I cannot thank Peter enough for his dedication and care. Thank you!

Peter was very accommodating to our needs throughout the sales process, particularly given the proximity of his office being so far away from the property we purchased through him. He was also really thoughtful of the seller and his wants and needs regarding the property and its current tenants, which was evident through our dealings with him. It was a real pleasure to see this in what is a very cut-throat profession.

I was very happy with the sale price, the whole process went smoothly, thanks to Peter's experience and knowledge.

First class communication and local knowledge from Bob Likastro and the team. A big thank you for your professional help.

Peter has always been helpful, efficient, approachable, reliable, honest and very proactive for the past eight years as our rental property manger, and right up to the resent sale of our property. I would highly recommend Peter and his team at PRD to anyone in the property market. Thanks again Peter and team on a job well done.

Could not be more pleased with my experience with Peter! Exceptional service, always available on the phone, very diligent and prompt to respond to all queries.

I discussed selling of my property with a number of real estate agents. Peter stood out as being understanding and reliable agent. He understood and listened to a womans opinion and answered all questions and explained all forms etc. I felt relaxed everything was under control with Peter at helm he is a real professional guy. I was happy with outcome of sale of my home

Peter and Bob are my favorite agents, not only in Nundah, but in general. Down to earth, common sense approach to real-estate selling and buying. Thank you for your services.

Pete was positive from the start and believed my unit was worth it’s money and put the time in to get the right result
