Peter was chosen as the selling real estate agent after receiving 3 quotes. He was not the cheapest, but I was looking for quality of service. Peter did not disappoint, keeping me updated at least twice weekly, including providing a weekly written report throughout the sales campaign. Public Health measures surrounding COVID-19 interrupted the marketing and selling plans, but Peter secured a sale once it became obvious the auction would not go ahead as originally planned.
