The need to inform and explain to the client each step and the reason for each step of the way is important and also sometimes the reason for the step so that the client does not feel being taken in a direction that is only for the benefit of the agent is important. Peter has this ability to help the client to be confident that all is for the benefit of the client and not just the agent's personal interests and benefit. In other words a climate of trust was present and this is very important as many agents do not have this reputation or ability.
