Took a while due to interest rate hikes killing the market but once market picked back up sold just as quick and easy as other surrounding properties using traditional agents. Website was easy to navigate. All enquiries were forwarded quickly and were easy to follow up on. I also advertised on Gumtree, Facebook and a sign at the bridge coming into town. I had enquiries from all those mediums but was finally sold from an enquiry through agent in a box. Highly recommended this method of selling if you have the time and are close by to arrange inspections in a timely manner. I received close to asking price and saved thousands in agents fees. Would sell this way again in the future without hesitation.
