My wife and I used a Realestate Agent to sell our Willetton home in March this year and we weren't happy. The commision was set at 2.5% which would be about $20K if we got our reserved price. DirectMove gave us the flexibility to have a competitive price and opening our home on Saturdays and Sundays for 2 hours which resulted in us having groups of more than 10 on both days. After three weeks we had an offer from a family who was looking for the benefits of a self contained internal Granny Flat design, our previous agent failed us by not selling this feature. I would be happy to recommend Peter's service because he is local and is very professional. Owner sellers know their home better than an agent can and sell it at a faster time, then it is a matter of setting the market price. Peter was not involved in our negotiations so I cannot rate this.
