Since early March 17 I had been searching Adelaide SA, for an investment property for my SMSF portfolio. Overall all it was a good experience. We did not hear much from the realestate other than when we made an offer. The price was negotiable which was good. Settlement day, we never received any calls or messages from the realestate so we went there to collect keys and they were not open but only had to wait around an hour. Would of been nice to get a small gift or card from the realestate.
