We asked three real estate agents to come and look at our house and tell us what we would need to do to sell it. We have no previous experience or knowledge about selling a home at all. We were both very impressed with Peter's professionalism, presentation and friendliness. We told each of the agents we wanted to sort out our 45 years of 'stuff' before putting the house on the market. Peter gave us a courtesy call about 2 weeks after our initial contact. We assured him we would be using him as our agent and would contact him again when we were ready to go ahead with the sale. We never felt pressured to ' hurry up' and finally got back to Peter about a month later with most of our 'stuff' sorted. After their initial visit we never heard from either of the other two agents again. After signing with Peter he assured us we could contact him at any time if we had problems or questions, and he kept in constant contact with us regarding the four open inspections we had and the offers that came through. We will highly recommend Peter to our friends and acquaintances and should we ever buy another home in the area Peter would be our first call.

Ray White Christie's beach and Peter White have been very easy to work with. They were very easy to get into contact with and answered any questions we had promptly and properly. They went out of their way to open up the inspected house for us a second time round with out question. Peter and his team were very efficient in putting through any paperwork that needed to be completed. We would highly recommend him as an agent.
When we selected Peter, it was on the basis of a confident appraisal and the predicted timeline for the sale. We achieved the exact amount that we were seeking and was sold at the period as predicted. I am always wary of agents that boast that they have sold houses in one week as I believe they could have achieved a better outcome for their property. I am also wary of agents that give you an a appraisal, and when they see you are not impressed, raise the quote until you appear happy. Peter went directly to a figure that we had in mind for our property with no hesitation on the predicted sale period. We did not want any signs out front and only did minimal preparation, both of these had not diminished Peters resolve in selling the property. We highly recommend Peter.
