Peter Wildermoth has excelled and followed through on very level during our brief time with Avenue One. He outlined an approach that proved to be ideal for our situation. Peter has clarity and drive, and his enthusiasm is evident whether you are a seller or buyer. The avenue One team certainly are a well balanced unit and selling our land within one week was well ahead of our expectations. Thanks again Peter and Avenue One.

Peter handled the appraisal and sale of my unit in a professional and courteous manner. He was a pleasure to deal with, always prompt in his response and excellent attention to detail. Thank you.

Peter was a delight to work with - incredibly professional, diligent, respectful and trustworthy. He was very genuine and upfront with me, which I found very refreshing and helpful when setting my own expectations. Avenue One was the same agency who sold the property to me 17 years ago, and I was determined to use them again to help me with my recent sale. The same service and high standards were there, and Peter was the perfect person to help me achieve my goals. What started out as a daunting decision to finally sell my beloved property, ended up being an easy process because of Peter's experience and skill, but above all his kindness and thoughtfulness in walking me through the sales process at every step of the way. His insightful marketing ideas were instrumental in the early days of the promotion and proved to be on point in getting people to home opens. I really valued his advice and was able to learn a lot from his experience as an agent. I can't thank Peter enough for all his help and am incredible grateful to him for making my needs a priority. I would highly recommend Peter to anyone wanting to sell a property!

Peter was incredibly helpful with all aspects of our recent purchase and went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly through finance approval, building reports, final inspection and settlement. He arranged the minor repairs without delays or issues and was even spot on with his estimate of anticipated rental for our apartment. Highly recommended!

I recently purchased a property through Peter, and he was just a phone call away whenever I had any questions. He was very professional and friendly at all times. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and I was able to visit the property in the lead up to settlement on many occasions to ensure all of my furniture would fit. His care after settlement was also second to none. I can highly recommend Peter Wildermoth when purchasing your next home.

Peter was a great agent to assist with the purchase of my home. The purchase had a few bumps along the way and he kept me well informed and actioned things in a timely manner.

Peter was great. He came in with a price that allowed us to sell on the first home open. Professional, polite and always willing to help. Would definitely recommend Peter to others. Thank you for making the process a hassle free one.

Dealing with Peter was an absolute pleasure. He's personable, has an uplifting positive attitude and kept us up to date with everything throughout the entire sale process When we hit a few snags with our pre-sale inspections he went above and beyond what was expected to help get the sale across the line and ensure that both parties were happy with the outcome. I'd have no hesitation recommending him to other sellers.

Peter has changed my point of view on real estate agents. Peter was helpful and considerate from the first meeting. Open and authentic, I felt I could trust Peter and that he considered my circumstances and my interests (as the buyer) in negotiations with the seller. Overall I was very impressed and would not hesitate to use Peter again in the future.

Peter was extremely professional in handling what was an emotional sale. He was always ready to give me assistance and we sold in less than a day for the price we wanted. I would certainly recommend him to anyone wanting a service above what was expected.

I have not bought and sold many houses, however my experiences with the real estate agents had left me less than happy. Peter changed that with the purchase of my home. What a refreshing young man Peter is. He is extremely professional, communicative throughout all stages and has a very sound knowledge of the industry. I would give Peter more stars if I could. I would highly recommend Peter and Avenue One. He would have to be one of the friendliest and happiest real estate agents. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with him.

I can highly recommend Peter`s services if you`re looking to sell your property. Peter knew the market and was realistic when it came to the selling price and best approach. Our property sold quickly and it was evident from the get-go, that Peter wanted the best possible outcome for us.
