Highly recommend Peter as an agent. He did a fantastic job selling our property. He always kept us in the loop with everything and made the whole process very easy. His communication skills are outstanding and we couldn’t be happier with his work. Thanks again Peter!

We had an extremely pleasant experience with Peter. He was helpful and honest throughout the home open and offers stage. Following offer acceptance he was still available and willing to answer any questions he could. Despite him not being our agent, as the buyers, he was still aware of our interests and considerate of those.

We bought a property in Yokine that Peter was selling (on behalf of his client). He was extremely friendly and professional right from our initial meeting, to making an offer and right through to settlement. Although he represented his clients best interests he was always great to deal with from a buyers perspective as well.

Peter has been extremely helpful in purchasing our first property. He assisted us through the whole process step-by-step and was very professional, friendly and reliable.

Peter was always professional and provided regular communication throughout the sale of my property. I would recommend Peter to anyone selling their home.

Buying through Peter was a very easy and positive experience.

Peter is a wonderful agent with a really friendly demeanour and great communication. Any questions I had, he was super quick to answer & really helpful - even brought my house keys to the house instead of me having to pick them up, just the little things like that make a difference. Would highly recommend Peter to anyone!

Peter is an excellent communicator and a skilled negotiator. He very ably guided me through the process of selling my home.

Peter was very upfront, personable and conducted business very efficiently.

Very thoughtful and well organised personalities with professional experience.

I was most impressed with Peter Wildermoth from our initial meeting to discuss the sale of my Townhouse in Yokine. For our appointments, he was punctual to the minute, which is rare these days. He has good knowledge and experience with properties in the area - I am very happy to have selected Avenue One and Peter to handle my Sale. I can confidently recommend Peter to anyone wishing to sell his/her property. Thank you Peter!

Peter knew it all when it came to setting it all up for us and our property was sold in a week. Very professional and exceptional in his knowledge and I would recommend him to everyone.
