Kudos to Peter and the team. Peter took over briefly when our real estate agent fell ill, and immediately slotted in and managed to get house sold. Two things really stood out during the process: 1) Was not pushing for the sale at any price - there was an offer on the table (bit lower than we wanted), but he and the team's advice to wait, negotiate etc eventually got us to where we wanted to be. Actually felt like he was on our side during the process. 2) Peter stepped up after our original agent fell ill, and slotted straight in. Never easy picking up somebody else's work with little lead in, but credit to Peter he did so pretty seamlessly. End of the day he got the job done at a price we were happy with, plus the bonus of him being a good dude to deal with helped. Would recommend.
