Peter was an excellent agent for us. This was the second time we have worked with Peter and will work with him again when the opportunity arises. He has excellent knowledge of the market, is honest and does not over promise. His optimism and positive approach was helpful in a difficult market. He provided regular updates and got back to us every time he said he would which was re-assuring. We are very happy to recommend Peter & Avenue One, and look forward to work with him at next opportunity.

I recently purchased a home in Yokine through Peter Wildermoth and my experience of this significant decision in my life was very positive. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him. I had many questions and queries and he provided an efficient and honest service where he would return calls promptly and followed through with what he said he said he would do. Peter was always professional, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure the sale went through smoothly and even after the sale he assisted me further with questions I had in respect to my new home. Honesty and Integrity are attributes that I believe Peter exhibits in his role, regardless if you are the seller or buyer and from my experience with real estate agents in the past, these attributes are extremely rare. I would highly recommend Peter to be the agent to sell your home and when I am in the market again, I will have no hesitation to enlist his service.

Engaging with Peter Wildermoth has been most satisfying. His market knowledge is excellent and his behavour was outstanding. In the future when I am ready to sell my properties or buy another I will approach Peter as my first real estate agent to contact.

Peter was open and honest in his dealings with us. He is knowledgeable, professional and responsive, and we found that he went above and beyond to make himself available and help make the process as easy as possible.

We were extremely happy with our experience selling our property through Peter Wildermoth. He was very patient explaining all of the details of the process and kept us up to date with any developments as they occurred which we really appreciated. The process was very smooth and easy for us having Peter handle our sale. We had just had a terrible experience purchasing a property through awful agents so we were most grateful to have our faith restored by such a professional, friendly, positive and communicative agent. We would highly recommend Peter's services and would most certainly contact him again for any future property sales.

As a buyer of a house Peter was selling, he went out of his way to ensure that we were well informed through the entire process.

Peter was very helpful and professional in all aspects of the buying process.

Peter was excellent to deal with, provided quick responses to my questions and made my buying experience a breeze. I would highly recommend Peter to others as he is genuine, warm and very professional.

Peter was very confident and experienced in selling my type of house in my area and I found I didn't have to worry about anything. He took care of everything, had a very positive attitude and I believe handled the buyer well as well.

Peter was patient and forthcoming with knowledge of the property I purchased. He answered all questions with consideration and honesty. His willingness to 'go the extra mile' was refreshing and he made me feel he was listening. Thank you, Peter, for making the purchase a nice experience.

Peter was honest and extremely helpful through the whole process of buying my first home! Would recommend peter to any buyer/seller.

This is the second time we have sought the services of Peter Wildermoth and can not recommend him highly enough. Both homes were sold in 2 weeks with our latest being in a very difficult , depressed market. Peters' professionalism is second to none, updates are relayed immediately and his honest expertise in the realestate market is invaluable. It was an absolute pleasure again Peter to have you assist and guide us through another very successful outcome whilst always respecting and genuinely listening to our ideas and decisions. You are an amazing example of consistant excellence. Thank you again so much. Kelly Oram
