We found Peter Wildermoth to be extremely heplful in assisting us to sell our property in a very hard property market. He continually informed us of home opens, feedback from potential buyers and the recommended price range to sell our property. His professionalism is a true credit to him and his Company.
I engaged Peter Wildermoth of Avenue One Property Group to sell my unit in Yokine and was very impressed by his professionalism, market knowledge and approachability. He kept me informed at all stages of the process and I always felt comfortable to call him if I had any questions. I would happily recommend him to friends and family.
I can not rate Peter too highly. He has been selling our homes both personal and investment for 8 years. We first met Peter when we bought a home from him. We liked the way he treated us as buyers and respected him for the way he looked after his seller. He always responds to messages. He always chases up and finds out information that you request. Nothing is too much trouble. I will be continuing to use Peter into the foreseeable future.
As a first home buyer and inexperienced buyer buying a property was both daunting and challenging. Peter guided me through the process, providing clarification and recommendations; he was a great support and made the process less daunting and straight forward. His understanding and flexibility both at time of negotiation and whilst awaiting settlement was refreshing and unbelievably helpful. I didnt feel pressure at any point to negotiate beyond my means at any point as I have previously when viewing other properties. Thankyou for making the purchase of my first property an pleasant and enjoyable one.
Peter was most attentive, efficient and not pushy! All questions were answered and I was kept informed of all negotiations and proceedings along the way. The sale was concluded problem-free and I'd recommend Peter to anyone wanting to sell a home.
Peter is a brilliant realestate seller I ever met. He is quite reliable and professional in this industry which you never ever worry about some dramas coming after. So I would highly recommend him to people looking for property or selling property in real estate.
This is the third property Peter has sold for our family and always with a very high level of professionalism and integrity. Very happy with the service we received and the property was sold quickly and at a price greater than expected. Thanks to Peters negotiating skills the final sale price was considerably higher than the initial offer.
Peter was great to deal with throughout the whole purchase process. He kept me in the loop with everything that was happening and was easily contactable. I would recommend Peter as an Agent and will use him in the future if/when I look to buy and/or sell.
Peter Wildermoth acted very professionally, knew what was needed from listing right through to final settlement of property. He kept me fully informed all along the way. Was available to answer any questions I had and his attention to all the details gave me confidence in the whole selling process.
Peter Wildermoth provided outstanding service, from the start to the finish of the entire process. I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to sell a property in the areas in which he deals.
Having purchased a home being sold by Peter, Peter has sold every one of my homes since and assisted me in buying. Selling a home is not just about the ad, the photos or the home opens. It is about the professional way Peter keeps you informed both as a seller and as a buyer. Peter loves his job and it shows. Nothing is too much trouble. He has incredible patience. I would highly recommend Peter for both buying and selling.
Peter was incredibly helpful with my recent purchase of a property, and very flexible with arranging times that suited my working hours. He took the time to explain things clearly to me in a way that I could understand, and went out of his way to help make things easy for me. Top quality.
