We recently purchased a house Peter was selling and were very impressed with his skills from the first initial contact. His excellent knowledge and down to earth customer service made us feel very comfortable during a such an important process. He really did go above and beyond for us to ensure the whole process went smoothly and we would highly recommend him to anyone selling or buying in the future.
Peter ticks the box in regards. In a difficult selling market he was always diligent, reliable in that all communications were timely or as promised and absolutely professional. Whilst I did not get my price I am none the less well satisfied with Peter.
Peter was great. This was my first home and he made the process smooth and simple and I was in there in no time! Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell their property.
All dealings with Peter were professional and fully met our expectations. From my experience I would recommend Avenue One and Peter Wildermoth to market your property.
WE would recommend Peter Wildermoth to sell your property. We bought a property through Peter sometime ago and were very impressed with his professionalism and the way he negotiated the sale of that property. We found Peter to be extremely fair and reasonable for both the seller and buyer. Since buying that property we then engaged Peter to be our agent. He has sold two properties for us and we were pleased with the outcomes on both properties. Peter has a very good understanding of the market and we found that his advice is always very sound. Peter is extremely approachable and trustworthy and we have enjoyed having Peter as our agent. We look forward to working with Peter again.
Peter goes all out to get the job done - highly recommend his work as our agent!
Can highly recomend Peter, he was always helpful and made the very process easy!!
I highly recommend Peter WIldermoth to anyone who is buying or selling their home. Peter is so pleasant to deal with, friendly, reliable, honest and down to earth. He made buying our first home an absolute breeze. I can not thank him or praise him enough.
Peter facilitated a seamless and professional sale for us. He has very realistic expectations and exceptional communication and market knowledge. Thanks Peter.
Peter sold our unit in Yokine earlier this year and I couldn't recommend him more highly. He was personable and honest, and we got exactly what we wanted. We had had some negative experiences with real estate agents in our journey to buying our new house, and wanted a straightforward, transparent, quick and fair sale, and Peter did this perfectly. Great photos, great campaign and it was sold after the first home open. Throughout, Peter was professional and friendly and kept us in the loop every step of the way. Thanks Peter!
Hi Peter we would like to thank you and all your staff with helping Mum sell her property. Your approach and communication with her and our family at all times was exceptional. It was a good outcome for all. The introduction of John Clarey from ICON Conveyancing was also very appreciated and his assistance with the settlement made it no stress for Mum. Regards Greg Sabine and Stephen Parker
Peter was incredibly professional, approachable, helpful and knowledgable when it came to purchasing my property. He was always quick to respond to any query I had and I would happily recommend his services to family and friends.
