We looked around quite a bit for an apartment, and met many real estate agents along the way. Many of them felt as if they were witholding information or presenting things in warped manner. Peter, was completely different. He was fully transparent the whole time, which was a massive contributing factor in building my confidence to buy. I knew he was there to represent the seller, that’s his job after all. But there were many occasions where he really worked for myself as the buyer, convincing the owners (previous owners now) of our limitations. He is always available over the phone.
