Peter played a vital role in my purchase of my first home. Having been to many open homes and communicating with various other agents on the market, I found Peter's approach to be gentle but still persuasive as a real estate agent should be. He maintained steady contact me with throughout the process starting from day one after the open home where I met him. He maintained communication between me and the owners and ensured both parties were well informed. When we needed to sell these two properties (luxury home units in Bardon) we sought proposals from a number of local Estate Agents, including a handful of major “big-name” agencies and the little known Luv&Co. As a result of the various presentations we chose Peter and Fiona of Luv&Co ahead of the big-name agencies. They had researched the market in greater depth than any of their rivals, and had proposed a sales process oriented around a more direct “personal” approach using “open days” rather than a “quick and dirty” auction. Fiona organised a very professional and quite stunning styling of one unit prior to photography and presentation to the market. During the sales process we were always kept informed of progress and, most importantly to us, were never “pressured” to accept anything we did not agree to. The contract for the first unit sold was signed within only three weeks of the start of the sales effort. The second unit was signed up only one week after that. During the settlement process Peter put enormous effort into ensuring that both buyers secured the finance required, and even helped one set up documentation for an application for a First Home Owners Grant. Both contracts completed with a minimum of fuss, and before the agreed settlement date, and for amounts we were very happy to accept. Both new owners are on record as being “over-joyed” with their new homes. Luv&Co facilitated an incredibly fast sale of our two investment properties, and would not hesitate in using them again when we come to sell our next property.
