With the COVID-19 threat, it was an uncertain time to put the house on the market, we had to consider all options for a successful result. Peters' feedback pre sale, instructions and direction was invaluable. Not only did he provide constant updates, we felt he gave good information and communicated really well with us as we had to ensure that the sale and purchase transactions ran seamlessly. Most importantly he was helpful as we did not feel rushed. We have bought and sold with Peter before so we feel qualified with our recommendation. Our purchase was one of the easiest processes we've had in real estate. My son and daughter came down the street from where we lived and had a look. They rang me to come and have a look with my wife. We met Peter who showed us the house and told us the range of price being asked. We thought about it for a few hours and rang him to make our offer which was accepted by the vendor Allison with some special terms arranged by Peter to make the purchase easier. From then on it was a case of waiting for other property to be sold with the compulsory Christmas Break for government and other parties involved. Peter arranged with the vendor for some other processes to occur to help us with our move. This all went very well. He was happy to turn up on short notice to help us and make contact with the vendor on our behalf. I'm still a bit surprised we have this beautiful house in such a short time.
