Wasn’t a lot to this one, I went in a little over the asking price and had the cash available. A little bit of too and fro but settled the final price quickly, all done in a few days. I certainly wasn’t pushed for a higher price which was greatly appreciated, all done in a friendly business like manner. The owner got a little more and I thought it was fair and reasonable.

Robyn did a fantastic job selling my late Mother’s property under estranged circumstances. The communication was great & she made the whole process as painless as possible. Very professional in all aspects, none of the hurdles along the way were too much trouble! I would definitely recommend Robyn for all your real estate needs.

My partner and I have had the great privilege of having Robyn as our Realtor for our first home. Being a first home buyer the process of buying a home can be scary and daunting with a lot of unknowns but Robyn made this experience for us smooth and simple from start to finish. Robyn helped us through the process with so much kindness and empathy within her communication and my partner and I couldn’t have had a better realtor and we are so appreciative of Robyn.
