About Phil

Phil Chapman is the Great Grandson of the family business founder Henry Bruce Chapman. He joined the family business back in May 1989 working within the Conveyancing and Estate Administration departments. This has given Phil a great understand and knowledge of the process taken to settle your property once sold by the real estate agent. Likewise with any deceased estates Phil knows the requirements and time required to settle matters. At the turn of the century Phil moved into the LJ Hooker Sales department and has gained extensive experience in marketing and selling property. Having grown up in Mount Barker and backed by over 100 years of experience by the family business, Phil Chapman can truly provide you with specialist local knowledge and a range of in house services that goes beyond the normal real estate office.
