All good Phil persevered with what was a difficult property to sell achieving the expected results with perseverance

As first home buyers my wife and I were new to navigating a purchase but everything went smoothly from beginning to end.

It is difficult to be too excited about the eventual sale of our property after a very long, time consuming, frustrating, painful and stressful period on the market and particularly as the final selling price was no where near expectation. In the 18 months the home was on the market we prepared for approx 60 inspections, many of which had no prospective purchasers - I acknowledge that this also meant 60 times that Phil or Owen were in attendance. There was regular dialogue to review the marketing strategy, including presentation, publicity, price and inspection frequency but without early success. Interest increased following the conversion of the bar area to a 4th bedroom and definitely after the installation of the sign on the corner of Flaxley Road and Native Avenue which showed passers-by that there was a property for sale on a nearby very minor road which had almost zero passing traffic. In similar situations such a sign needs to be in place from day one of the campaign. Owen's involvement with the installation of this sign, his attendance at the inspections and determination to ensure a good result for us is acknowledged and commended. Improved communication following inspections and follow-ups would have reduced some of our frustration. In the end we have survived and moved on to the next phase of our life together in peace and harmony.
