Great Agent!

We loved having Phil as our agent. He was down to earth, knowledgeable, and did a great job showing us the property. As we were buying a rural property, and he knew our reasons for looking at this property, he pointed out all the virtues of the property and how they suited our desired lifestyle, things like pointing out which different paddock plants were great for a dairy cow, and the like. This was great because we hadn't lived in the country before. He never got flustered, was always staying on the positive side of everything, and was just a super great guy to deal with! When we went into pick up the keys, he even gave us a welcome basket, that just knocked my socks off! I highly recommend Phil to anyone wanting to buy or sell a property. He's someone who you'd be able to call a friend afterwards.
