Phil is a local that has the knowledge for the Fraser Coast and surrounds. Our experience with Phil was an awesome experience he was very easy to talk to and listens to what you want (as you are selling your home) and he quoted to me "I work for you I will do what you want" but he does give his opinion as this is his job and he has been in this industry for quite a few years.
