Highly knowledgeable, honest and transparent

Phil had extensive knowledge of the Northern Beaches market, which enabled him to communicate exactly where we needed to be in terms of price to be competitive. I had met Phil at a couple of properties that I had previously inspected and each time he knew exactly where the market was at and was able to provide an accurate indicative price range (selling at the midpoint of his range). This extensive knowledge enables Phil to be clear and transparent so that potential buyers can understand exactly where they stand relative to the market and others interested in the property. By this token, my communications with Phil enabled me to place my best foot forward to ultimately make a successful offer at a price that was above others that were interested in the property as well as within a range that was acceptable to the vendor.

Friendly and Professional

We used Phil of Upstate to sell our house in Cromer. Phil was always approachable, available and super responsive. He went above and beyond to entice as many genuine buyers as possible. Phil and the team did a great job showcasing the place online with pictures and video. We did not think our house would sell easily in the current COVID-19 climate, yet we got multiple offers in the very first day of being on the market and closed for our asking price within 3 days! Thank you so much Phil, we are so incredibly grateful.
