We used Phil of Upstate to sell our house in Cromer. Phil was always approachable, available and super responsive. He went above and beyond to entice as many genuine buyers as possible. Phil and the team did a great job showcasing the place online with pictures and video. We did not think our house would sell easily in the current COVID-19 climate, yet we got multiple offers in the very first day of being on the market and closed for our asking price within 3 days!
