The team at Hargraves were really great. We liked Phil's style which we described as naturally friendly, pressure free and knowledgeable. He seemed to have a team that could move quickly and work professionally around obstacles and realize meaningful outcomes. We really put the system to the test that day when we inspected and contracted all in one afternoon. The seller was in Canberra and somehow they were found and negotiations were conducted successfully over the phone. Little did Phil know that we were desperate that day with our house close to settlement and our repurchase still to be undertaken. Phil even traveled on our behalf to another town to get signatures on the contract that night. We had never seen anything like that before and we have bought and sold a number of properties in recent years. The other issue that impressed us was the settlement journey which was completely trouble free with time frames and settlement all met without the regular anxiety that haunts property transactions. Phil did tell me he used a brilliant conveyancer which proved correct. We also were using a time tested excellent legal firm that we knew would deliver from our end.
