Phil did a fantastic job selling a property that was quite unique within the area. He actually sold the house twice within about 3 weeks! Phil had a really clear idea about how to present the property, how to market it to ensure a great sales outcome. We first met Phil approx 3 years ago when we asked him to value our property, since then we received a couple of xmas cards and the like, nothing pushy. Phil was a lovely person. I just felt he lacked excitement for me buying my new home. At the inspection he came across as very welcoming and happy but when it came down to business and phone calls I felt like a bit of a hassle and just sort of felt like a number.
