A joy to deal with!

This is the 2nd property Phil has sold for us and we couldn't be happier. He looked after everything, including arranging trades for some jobs that needed doing, furniture staging, and everything associated with getting the place ready. He obviously did such a great job that our property sold within a few hours for a cracking price. Phil is so personable and makes the selling process really easy!
