I think Phil is a great agent, but I think I'd prefer to be selling a house with him rather than buying one! He was confident, he held his position and showed no desperation for the sale. He also went above and beyond to arrange to open the property so I could show my parents from interstate. Given my desire for the property, I'm aware that I may have paid a premium, but I have long term plans so I'm okay with that.
