No good communication

Phil knows the market well and took an open and consultative approach to the negotiation. In the end he was able to help reach a deal which favoured both ourselves and the seller. Phil's office was responsive and helpful throughout the final settlement period.

Phil's presentation to gain our business was first class. He was enthusiastic and promised correct advise, constant feedback and progress reports. We selected him to sell our home for these reasons. In hindsight we believe that the original marketing strategy was inappropriate and given Phil's knowledge of the area and experience we should have been given advice against auctioning our home in the prevailing market. We did question this strategy prior to the auction and were reassured it was the best method. We firmly believe it was not. We also felt that the amount of feed back in the first two months was inadequate and very little was given without our instigating it. That being said we enjoyed our contact with Phil as he is a well presented and has a very personable nature.
