What he did for us was extraordinary selling our apartment in Trigg in six days in a tough market in mid January before it had even warmed up after the summer break. Selling your home is an emotional roller coaster and Phil was along for the ride , the whole way through. Our house was my parents home before ours so it was a journey for my whole extended family.
