We can't thank Phil enough for the great work he did in managing to sell our home despite the real estate climate at the time. We were completely under the pump to sell our home by a particular date to avoid a complete financial meltdown. But when the stark reality of the state of the market became evident, what had started out as early optimism, soon turned to genuine fear that we might not achieve the sale at all .
