Phil Pope was our agent for successfully selling 14 Fawkner Gdns Hillarys. Phil initially provided us with great advice about putting the property on the market, what buyers were looking for and what maintenance/minor improvements were required before listing. Phil's team of writer, photographer and interior designer all added value to the experience. Phil's advice on marketing, selling options and ultimately his negotiation skills resulted in us only having the property on the market for 3 weeks before an offer was accepted.
