Exceeds our expectations

Phil Sazon is by far a standout in his field of work. As I do not live in Karratha any more selling our house was more stressful as we had to rely on our agent. Phil really made it a positive process,with his willingness to go above and beyond what was required, resolving any issues that arose honestly and quickly was invaluable to us. Phil has a natural ability to understand the housing market and help us do what's needed for a good home open, which is a major reason we sold our house on the first home open. I would never hesitate to recommend Phil and we really appreciate his wealth of knowledge in the real estate industry.
