Knowledgeable, professional and not your usual 'agenty' experience

From my limited experience, either in the position of buying or selling a property , I have never particularly enjoyed having to deal with an estate agent. Sales bravado, thinly veiled lies and more concern for their commision cheque than my property transaction usually marred the experience. Not so with Phil Vanstone, he was a pleasure to deal with and didn't come across with the usual 'agenty' superficiality. Thanks Phil for making our recent house purchase actually quite an enjoyable experience.
