Phil has ethics and integrity, something we do not often see displayed. He personally paid for a new storage box to replace the storage box which had been attached to the wall in my garage parking spot on all inspections, but subsequently removed by the sellers on closing day and was not listed as an exclusion in the contract. Phil was the Sellers' agent for a property to be sold under auction.
