We first met Phil when we purchased an apartment in Brisbane in 2015. At that time he was very helpful in securing the right deal for us and providing professional advice. We kept in contact over the year and in 2022 we sold the same apartment, via auction, using Phil as our agent. Our auction result was excellent and it was primarily due to Phil's hard work from time of listing up to the auction day. Phil provided constant updates on the market, the progress of the inspections and the potential buyers he was meeting. Phil has ethics and integrity, something we do not often see displayed. He personally paid for a new storage box to replace the storage box which had been attached to the wall in my garage parking spot on all inspections, but subsequently removed by the sellers on closing day and was not listed as an exclusion in the contract.
