During the many trips from remote WA to Perth Phill was always very helpful and ahead of the game. Phill organised viewing of homes outside normal hours to suit my travel and ultimately found me the perfect family home for our needs. Phill is honest efficient and caring Thanks Phill for everything we appreciate all your hard work Kind regards Greg
I engaged Phil after doing some research on his ratings and can safely say he didn’t disappoint. Phil and Josh did a amazing job selling my property. I was kept Informed through the process and provided with expert knowledge on the Market and what I needed to get my property ready. The end result was a very quick sale and for a good price. I would highly recommend Phil and team.
Phil was professional throughout the whole process of selling our home. He made it easy and was able to answer all our questions with his knowledge. His assistant Tiegan kept us up to date throughout the whole sale process. I would highly recommend Phil and his team.
Phil and his team made the purchasing of my new home super easy and stress free. I know how frustrating it can be when dealing with agents who have no motivation for your Purchase . So it’s very refreshing when Phil and his team were super helpful and easily accessible especially during these busy time. Thanks
We bumped in to Phil at a home open and had a good chat, he told us about a house that was not yet on the market and within a few hours we were walking through the house and loved it, exactly what we had explained to Phill that we were looking for - and more. Phil was a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process I couldnt recommended him enough, thanks again Phil and Josh 10/10
Selling my first property (which happened to have tenants for a further 6 months) I was unsure how best to proceed. I emailed different agents selling in the Butler area with a few questions and Phil was the agent who answered my questions and who seemed the most honest. He explained different scenarios and guided me on the whole process. Do not regret my choice at all, ended up getting around what Phil estimated and the process was easy, I was kept informed every step of the way. Phil is very knowledgeable when it comes to selling in and around Butler!
Phil ‘s market knowledge has proven to be invaluable once again , having used him as our agent a number of times . Getting us multiple offers on our first and only home open . We are extremely satisfied with the outcome and are more than happy to highly recommend him. Phil has excellent communication skills with both sellers and buyers , keeping all parties informed throughout the entire process . His honesty , transparency & integrity is second to none . He has worked hard to achieve his amazing reputation as a hard working , honest , professional & reputable agent . Phil is extremely worthy of this reputation .
When selling my property in Alkimos this year I could not have chosen a better Agent than Phil Whiltshire and his Remax team. Not only did he sell our house for a great value but the commitment, communication and customer service he showed was absolutely fantastic. Phil is not only committed but also very passionate about what he is doing. He cares about his clients and I have never seen anyone working so hard to get the best outcome. Phil knows the Alkimos area at the back of his hand and his advice is very professional and valuable. I also want to praise the rest of his team. They all were fantastic. I can highly recommend Phil and his team Could not have chosen a better Agent. Sabine
