Very professional, always easy to reach and office support excellent. Received higher than expected price and also advice on the property we were purchasing. Phil and Josh provided a high level standard of customer service on top of being genuine people.

I would highly recommend Phil if you are considering selling your home. From the moment we first contacted him right up until settlement, he has shown the highest level of professionalism. He knows the market inside out and we knew that by choosing Phil he would get us the price we were looking for. When we first met with him, we knew straight away that this was the person that we wanted to sell our house for us - he was not at all pushy. He was brilliant with regard to interior design - he recommend a few furnishings, colours etc, all of which were inexpensive and it definitely added value to our home. We have literally just sat back while Phil and his team did all the work for us. We have sold properties in the past, and this was by far the most relaxed and least stressful experience. We would highly recommend Phil and we would definitely use him again in the future.

Phil has been amazing! We missed out on the first house we put a offer in which we were gutted but Phil worked extra hard to help us find our home we have just purchased. We are so grateful for all Phil’s help, his great communication and has made the whole process easy for us. Phil really listened to what we were wanting in a house, which areas we would like to live in and knew how fussy I was but definitely delivered on what we asked for. Thank you Phil we will definitely reach out in the future and recommend you to our family and friends.

Phil is a very confident person and very good at his job. Execution of the sale was done effortlessly and the whole process was smoothly completed and delivered on what he said he was willing to do, once again thanks.

We first met with Phil when we were thinking of selling our property after seeing his for sale signs around the area. From the first meeting it was clear that Phil has a wealth of knowledge of the market, but specifically on the local area. He was professional, warm and friendly and made it easy to understand the process of sale and what we needed to do. Once we made the decision to sell, Phil took the time to bring us up to speed on how the market had moved since our first meeting and set our expectations on what the next few weeks/months might look like. He made the process of photos and marketing smooth and seamless, and gave great advice on how to position our home for the best chances of sale. I can’t speak highly enough of not just Phil but the whole team at Remax who helped us on sell our home- will definitely be using you in the future for any of our property needs!
