Phil was incredibly professional and helped us out every step of the way. He is very knowledgeable and was great at giving advice and making us feel at ease throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Phil to all my family and friends. Best agent !!

We live 450 Km from Perth and were looking for a house in the area of Butler. We were visiting the area and contacted several agents to assist in finding an appropriate home. One of those agents was Phil Wiltshire and in discussion indicated significant features we were looking for in our desired house. Within a matter of a week Phil contacted us with information about a home that was coming up for sale which ticked many of the boxes in our list of requirements. Phil had gone out of his way to keep a lookout for such a place and even took us on a video walk-through via "Whatsapp" which led to us placing an offer resulting in a sale. Phil has been an absolute treasure, nothing has been too much of a problem for Phil to do for us particularly as we live a 5 hour journey from Perth. At all times Phil has been empathetic, open, frank and treated us with friendliness and sincerity. He is the consummate professional, committed to doing the absolute best for his client and his sincerity is real. His knowledge of real estate's excellent. His honesty, integrity, interpersonal and communicative skills & professionalism are exceptional. He is an excellent team player in his job & works well with his assistant, Josh Curtis, who has same exceptional attributes, both had assisted us with our real estate needs & have gone beyond their call of duty to ensure that settlement of our home goes through smoothly & gave us lots of support to adjust to our new environment. Both are excellent listeners & work extremely hard. With such exceptional attributes, they are great assets to RE\MAX - EXTREME (CURRUMBINE), & we wish to nominate them for The Golden Real Estate Award. We wish them every success. Thank You Phil & Josh!

This guy is awesome. He responds immediately to answer any enquiry. Once enlisted to sell he explained everything in layman terms, talked you through the whole procedure and was only a phone call away. He negotiated the sale in whirlwind time. If you are looking to sell or buy. I strongly recommend that you contact Phil. Trust me you will not be disappointed.

The first thing that stood out to us when we first met Phil was his passion for his job. We were also really impressed with Phil's expertise and knowledge and after 2 years of deciding whether to sell our much loved family home we knew Phil was the right agent for us. We felt at ease with him and really valued his honesty but also his drive to get the best outcome for us. And he sure did that - in fact Phil exceeded our expectations with the sale of our home which went under offer after the first home open. Phil is professional, knowledgeable and so helpful - even the little suggestions he makes to showcase your home to it's full potential all add to the package and excellent service that Phil and his team provide. We are so glad you were recommended to us and we will certainly be recommending you to all our family and friends. Now we just need to find our next family home which is something Phil has even offered to help us with! Thanks for everything Phil.

I worked with both Phil and Josh on the recent sale of my home. Josh's estimation of the sale price ended up being right on the money and the entire process went very smoothly. Thanks so much guys!

Phil was so passionate from our initial meeting, he gave us ideas and areas to work on and lots of advice leading up to putting our house on the market. Phil worked hard to organise buyers to come through before the first home open and the house sold before it went on the market, for the price we were hoping for. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience selling our house, Phil and Josh put so much time and effort in and it definitely paid off.

Josh was fantastic, he is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable in his job. I could not have had a better agent, he sold my house in less than a week. Thankyou Josh for everything.

From the start as a buyer Phil and his team were very helpful, honest and prompt with returning calls and answering questions. The process of buying a house can be quiet stressful, but with good communication throughout the process I didn’t have any concerns and we could enjoy the experience. If I was to sell a property I’d highly recommend Phil and his team.

Phil’s are so professional and helpful, And all the proceeds was quick ease. We are so happy now,we’ll done and yes Re/Max real state dis the number1 in Perth .

Phil and his team couldn't have done a better job. Myself and my partner were extremely happy with the outcome. From start to finish Phil was professional and had alot of knowledge of our area. He made the whole process easy for us and exceeded our expectations. Would highly recommend

Phil has a keen eye for detail. He gave us clear and precise instructions on how best to present our home. He is down to earth and easy going and this reflects with buyers. Phil has an excellent strike rate, there’s a reason he’s the best in the business, he goes over and beyond to make sure you get the best possible outcome. We highly recommend Phil and his team.

Phil was so pleasant to deal with, he knew how much I loved the home and wanted nothing more than for me to have it. His knowledge in this profession was above none other.
