We first met Phil 3 years ago when we went to view a property. I generally find dealings with sales people quite stressful as so many are so pushy and tell you whatever they need to in order to get a sale. As soon as we met Phil we knew he was very different. He was completely honest with questions we asked (that we already knew the answers to!) and he made us feel so at ease. We signed for the house that day and have been friends ever since! We have kept in contact with him the throughout those three years. When we decided to put our house on the market, there wasn’t any question about who we were going to use! He did an amazing job and sold our house within a couple of days when it went on the market. We will be using Phil when we want to buy our next property without a doubt. He has taken so much time to get to know us over the years that he knows exactly what we would want in our next house without even having to ask us. I’m definitely a hard one to win over but Phil is a genuinely decent guy who will do what’s best for you, not for his pocket! Would give him ten stars if we could!
