I recently purchased a home that Phil was the the agent selling the property. From my initial inquiry which Phil responded to immediately, to eventual settlement, Phil was nothing but professional. I met him at the first home open & he came across as being knowledgeable for the area and extremely approachable in the questions I asked. What can I say about Phil? He is very approachable and friendly. He takes the time to listen to all your questions and has the knowledge and experience to anwser them. He puts in the hard yards to get alot of potential buyers through and in our case, we got a good bit above our asking price with a cash buyer. Quite frankly my wife and I couldn't have hoped for a better agent and are recommending Phil to any family or friends that are looking to sell. I cant praise him enough. We discussed our price point, again, with his honest appraisal, then he gave us a list of potential changes and a list of local providers who could help us then gave us time to make our decision. We incorporated all his suggestions (e.g. de clutter, add some plants, in our case, new carpets throughout etc.) We decided as a team to market it at our ideal price point and see how we went. Our home sold after 5 days with no home opens. Within one week of being listed online, it was under offer at our ideal price point.
