If you want your house sold by an agent who gives you honest opinions, communicates at every step of the process and understands the Butler market, then Phil is your agent. Phil has sold two of our homes, and one each for our son and daughter. When we approached Phil to sell our current home, he suggested that we make some improvements to the home as he felt that it would present better and sell quicker. If Phil makes suggestions, take them on board. We fitted new carpets, painted the inside of the house and decluttered (Phil even suggested the colour of the carpets and paint). Phil took a good look at the home when getting it prepared for the photographer, and called who we thought was the photographer. It turns out he had an interested buyer that he knew would love our home. Not only did they love it, they purchased it. The house sold prior to the first home open and at a price close to our asking price!!!! From the time of signing with Phil, to the sold sign on the board was less than 7 weeks. If you do not get Phil to market your home, you may regret the decision. He is a legend.

Phil is a really down to earth person. He has the buyers and sellers best interest at heart and knows what he is talking about.
