We made the mistake of signing up with Steve Kelly from the Professionals to sell our home. 4 months later it was not sold, and hardly any people coming to the home opens. Then we changed over to Phil's team. My biggest regret was not getting him to sell the house from day 1. He had a different approach to the sales/marketing process, really thought about who the potential buyers would be, did small/cost effective changes to the house to make it appealing to the target buyer and worked really hard to get buyers to come to the home opens. Phil in 1 month got more people to attend the home opens than the previous 4 months combine with the other rubbish agent. He had a good cost effective network to do various maintenance tasks and he runs a very good team with his assistant Josh Curtis, who was also fabulous to deal with. When it came to the negotiation he went over and above to get a result for us. Phil also had continuous contact throughout the sales process. Do yourself a favour and dont waste any time with some of the other rubbish agents out there. I only later found out why he has sold the most homes in Butler. Read this reveiw and pick him as your agent from the start and expect a good result - but you also have to have the same commitment to sell the house.
