Phil was very attentive, personal and professional from the very first appraisal meeting. What really helps me making my decision was his honesty. Phil outlined and explained the current market situation, he was being realistic in the market price. I trust his judgement based on facts, figures and his expertise in this field. Being one of the first house up for sale in Alkimos Beach area, it was very challenging. Phil managed my expectations and keeping me well informed of the progress throughout the whole process. One of the example was Phil not only tried to work out what would help me selling my property but he also provide his colleague's second opintion. To me, that shows he really wants to succeed and do a good job, not just for him / his company but he thinks the best for both buyers and sellers! After few months of no real offer, instead of Phil asking me to low my price - he suggested to upgrade the advertising market area (feature highlight) which exceed the expectations and the outcome was outstanding (less than 48 hours). I would strongly advise all buyers to upgradeto feature highlight if possible because he has proven with the result. I sold my house. I highly recommend Phil for both buyers and sellers.
