Phil recently sold our property in Butler for us and we would thoroughly recommend anyone thinking of selling their property in the northern suburbs to give him a call at Remax Extreme in Butler. In 2015 we decided to put our house on the market and move back to the UK. We decided to have a few valuations. When Phil arrived he was very well presented, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He was the most enthusiastic about selling the house for us and had lots of information on other houses he had sold including photos and marketing information. When we decided on appointing Phil, he was always on the ball... kept his word and was always punctual for meetings, photo shoots etc. The photo shoot was very professionally done, Phil was very tasteful and knew exactly how the house should be presented in order to sell. Unfortunately the house did not sell after several home opens. The market had just taken a dive at the time so we decided to lease the house for almost a year. In August this year the house went back on the market and I didn't hesitate on re-appointing Phil. In our eyes he was the guy to sell our house. Again, professional and faultless from day 1. Always a step ahead and going out of his way to help us sell our house. Luckily it only took a few weeks to sell. Although selling a house is a very stressful procedure, Phil made is easy and talked us through it and informed us step by step.
