Phil was very attentive, personal and professional from the very first appraisal meeting. What really helps me making my decision was his honesty. Phil was extremely prepared, confident and always kept us updated. As this was the first time selling a home Phil walked us through the process and what was required. Phil offered to assist with unlocking the premises for the painter and carpenter prior to the house being listed, which he did as we were no longer living in the area. He is a great agent but with this added help he really went above and beyond.

We recently purchased a new family home and have been very impressed by Phil and Josh.
