I made contact with Phil whilst I was looking to buy my new home. This was my first house, so I was very excited, but also nervous, as I unfamiliar with the process. Buying a house on your own, for the first time can be very daunting; however, Phil made the whole process ‘stress free’, easy, enabling a smoot transition from the rental market to owning my own house.
