In 2015 we decided to put our house on the market and move back to the UK. We decided to have a few valuations. When Phil arrived he was very well presented, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He was the most enthusiastic about selling the house for us and had lots of information on other houses he had sold including photos and marketing information.
