Philip listened to all my views and together we set the reserve with my interests in the forefront of his mind. The auction started as he had anticipated and the strategies I observed him using resulted in the sale price being well above the reserve and our expectations.

Phil and the team at McGrath did a fantastic job in listing, advertising and finally selling my house. As I'd never been in the situation of selling a home Phil advised me on all aspects of the process. From open houses to communication after each open house through to the after sale service and keeping me informed on where we were at always. It only took about 5 weeks to sell and this took all the stress out of the whole process. I can't recommend Phil and his team highly enough and will definitely re use them again should I sell again
