Even though on first inspection I decided not to purchase the house, Philip stood back and seemed to know it would suit my needs as an artist. A couple of weeks later I returned and could see it with different eyes. All questions were settled and I found his quiet considerate nature a breath of fresh air, in an industry with such an aggressive reputation.
